Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Surprise Elements. We are a small, artisanal business, and we take great care in hand-pouring and hand-packing every order to ensure your scents arrive safely.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We believe in rewarding our customers for their support.

  • Orders Over $50: We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States.

  • Orders Under $50: For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location.

  • Note: As a small business, we pay for "Free Shipping" out of our own pocket to keep our luxury candles accessible to you.

2. Order Processing Time

Because we are a small-batch studio, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is handed to the carrier.

  • During holidays or peak seasons (like November/December), processing may take up to 2–7 business days.

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-5 business days once it leaves our studio.

  • Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier (USPS/UPS) and are not guaranteed by Surprise Elements.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We ship to the address exactly as provided by the customer.

  • Surprise Elements is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if that address was entered incorrectly by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Surprise Elements is no longer responsible for the package.

  • If your package is missing but marked as delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

  • We are not responsible for packages stolen from porches or mailboxes.

6. Damaged Shipments

Glass is beautiful but fragile. If your candle arrives broken, please contact us at        [Info@surpriselements.com ] within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required: Please include photos of the damaged candle and the shipping box.

  • We will send a replacement out to you as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
